Emily is the CEO, Consulting at Daryl Upsall International, a global non-profit consultancy working across more than 80 markets to support non-profit organisations to achieve their growth objectives. This deep, comparative experience allows her to help organisations find new strategies and approaches that unlock growth across income channels.

Dandan Pang

Dandan ist Professorin für Achtsamkeit und Positives Leadership am Institut für New Work der Berner Fachhochschule. Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Messung, Charakterisierung und Förderung des Wohlbefindens von Mitarbeitenden am Arbeitsplatz. Dabei nutzt sie Methoden wie psychometrische Tests, computergestützte Sprachanalysen, und Interventionen der Positiven Psychologie. In diesem Zusammenhang befasst sie sich auch mit der Frage, was Glück ist, wie wir Glück empfinden und welche Faktoren zu Glück beitragen. Zudem ist sie verantwortlich für das Modul „Angewandte Glücksforschung“ an der Berner Fachhochschule.
